

We challenge you to prepare two dishes that take us back to the basics. And of course, that are balanced and healthy.
Asparagus, sea bass, onions, squid and mushrooms are just some of the ingredients we’ll use. We’ll rely on simple techniques, but most important of all will be cooking, and presenting, the dish just right.
We’ll use the opportunity to discuss if it’s possible to transform a business without getting the basics right, and we’ll try to determine what exactly those basics are.
